Dolma is one of the special eating of the large number of people in our country. It is very tasty and most of people like it. And it contains of many useful things and it is possible if you add or less the ingredients as you like it. And it is one of the best and favor meal in Kurdistan.
( 3 bunch of spinach beet , 3 class of rice , 1 kilo of meat , 1 bunch celery , 1 bunch shwit , 1 kilo bean , 3 tomato , 6 eggplant , 3 zucchini , 3 green pepper , 1 kilo onion , 3 spoon of tomato's paste , 2 potato , salt , spices , lemon )
How to prepare it: -
1 - Wash the spinach beet and hash the onion and meat and celery and shwit.2 - Digging Eggplant and pepper and zucchini and tomato and cut potatoes into circles.3 - Wash the rice and leave it for 1 hour.4 – Mix the rice and celery and shwit and bean, onions, and spices, salt and tomato paste and lemon.5- Oily the pan and put a piece of the mixture in any leafs of the spinach been and tomatoes and peppers eggplants and arrange them in layers upon each others. 6 - Put it on low heat until cooked a bit, then reduce heat and add 2 cups of water and put a plate upon Ingredients and put it on heat and left in for 20 minutes to be ready.
