HIV/AIDS & Misunderstanding

Many peoples said that use condom could prevent HIV/AIDS viruses. Do you know about the fact of them?
HIV/AIDS viruses have size is 1/250 mikron but a hole of condom have size is 1/6 mikron. A scientist from american said that it was very wrong that use condom can prevent HIV/AIDS viruses. So, I think for prevent HIV/AIDS viruses is stop free sex and say no to drug. Because of this, many peoples have social disease, HIV/AIDS could spread, discrimination, etc.
