GCC Leader in the News!

GCC Leader Sabrina V. was recognized for her efforts on ABC News in Los Angeles, CA. Sabrina is working with her school to raise awareness about the world water crisis and what we can all do to make a difference.

She was chosen as an ABC Cool Kid because of her determination to tackle anything from "environmental issues to health concerns".

"You can educate more people about it. You could also just talk about it," said Sabrina. "Just knowing that there are people out there that don't even have water, it's not a great feeling." She went on comment on how important it is to build awareness. "Inspiring two people can inspire two more people, maybe inspire even more people so everybody just comes together somehow and are inspired to work together to accomplish something."
