The 2nd University Scholars Leadership Symposium 2011

To provide future leaders with opportunities to better serve disaster-prone and poverty-stricken countries, a particularly important topic given the recent earthquake and tsunami in Japan, Humanitarian Affairs United Kingdom will organize the 2nd University Scholars Leadership Symposium 2011 from 1 to 7 August 2011 in Pattaya, Thailand. Humanitarian Affairs United Kingdom is now inviting youth leaders to participate in the Symposium. The Symposium allows young leaders the opportunity to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for humanitarian service and disaster management. Government agencies, youth organizations, NGOs and all others stakeholders affiliated with the United Nations system are invited to nominate youth leaders to participate in this Humanitarian Leadership Training Programme in Thailand.
