Religions for Peace Young Adults Retreat

Religions for Peace—a multi-religious coalition—is currently calling for active religious North American young adults to participate in a three-day retreat, to be held in Stony Point, New York from 15 to 17 April 2011. Eligible candidates should be between the ages of 18 and 35 and represent a religious community or organization. The retreat will equip participants with the skills and knowledge to advance multi-religious cooperation for peace in the North American context. It will also address how religious youth can help shape the “Religions for Peace Arms Down!” Campaign (www.armsdown.net) and advocate for disarmament in both the United States and Canada.
