Pakistan: Quetta - Using Theater to Promote Women's Rights

GCC youth leaders performed an interactive theatre piece about harassment against women during the celebration of the 10^th years of working women movement. This event was organized by the AYESHA Foundation, which advocates for the rights of working women. The main objective of this theatre performance was to highlight the issues of working women, especially those who have been harassed in offices and different work placements. More than 100 working women participated in this event including Government officials, and civil society organizations.

We received an overwhelmingly positive response from the participants who all appreciated the efforts of GCC youth leaders and the Street Theater group for addressing these sensitive issues
