The GCC youth in Baalbeck have been working on their own small projects in partnership with local NGOs and the municipalities in the area to become more active and to serve their communities in a better way.One of these projects was a garbage pick up activity in a partnership with Dari, Beitokom and the Laat municipality. The activity began at 9:00am and 45 youth participated. The Mayor of Laat appreciated the efforts of the youth to keep the community, and contributed to the activity by offering the cleaning equipment and municipality workers from Laat.
