Hello from Scotland!

Hi everyone! My name is Amy and i'm from Fife, Scotland. I've been a GCC member for over 2 years, and more recently have started working as a GCC Project Assistant at Mercy Corps Edinburgh for the summer. I'm studying International Relations at university, and i'm excited to get more involved with the discussions on this forum!
As well as working at Mercy Corps i'm spending the summer doing some travelling, meeting friends and trying to learn how to cook! Does anyone have any summer plans with GCC?
