Hello from Scotland!

Hi everyone! My name is Amy and i'm from Fife, Scotland. I've been a GCC leader for over two years and more recently have started working as a GCC Project Assistant at Mercy Corps Edinburgh. I'm studying International Relations at university and I'm excited to get to know everyone online and hopefully have some interesting discussions.
 
As well as working at Mercy Corps i've been spending the summer travelling, meeting friends and trying to learn how to cook! Does anyone have any GCC plans for summer?
