Traditional Saji Kabab of Pakistan

Saji Kabaab is usually a big mutton piece roasted in front of open fire and is very popular in Pakistan as luxury food. It is also very delicious and is served usually covered in bread or in plates with salad. In the picture above, a complete sheep has been roasted and is ready to be cut into pieces.
