And we are blinded by our ignorance
Shielded from the truth
Captivated by lies, without a shed of proof
Condemned for big mistakes
No punishment for small
Sometimes we are judged by our looks
Black, White, short or tall
Prisons infested with criminals
But where is the help they really need?
Is it among us, as those who know better?
Is it lost because they are not free?
So many live each day
