Six children from the climate to education

I went to one of the villages in Iraq in Diyala, Khanaqin and I wondered, will be following the lack of water on the nature of the population where they were called this village, the village big piece of the population in them but now I saw one house and they come with water from a small river and drink without sterilization or anything other animals and swim in the river and of course suffer from a lack of electricity away from the city center 5 miles and also did not come get to school, the spectrum of poor living conditions, what is the solution what action what possibilities, what is the fault of the children when they grow up.
