When the money and authority can defeat human rights

Its very hard in our world to get human rights, many problem about human rights sometimes can get some new victims. Examples, egypt crisis 2011, Tiananmen Incident 1989, Jakarta crisis 1998, Ding zuoming Tragedy, and new problem in Kuala Lumpur, and etc. It caused by Unfairness, Money, majority, or etc. Sometimes we can feel in Law recognition. If a richer or person who has protection was punished, s/he get short time in prison even free directly although s/he has do corruption, Murder, etc. but if a poorer was punished , s/he get heavy sentence even extreme penalty. 
Do you know about prita mulyasari?she had a big problem because she criticized service in a hospital by facebook. She was imprisoned and she must left her children and husband. But peoples in Indonesia made a program "koin untuk prita"(Coins for Prita) for free her. this problem not finish yet until now.
