	Iraq: Wassit - GCC Youth Support Illiteracy Project The Illiteracy Project aims to teach illiterate people to read , write and keep accounts of numbers.These are people who live in rural area have missed the chance of joining the schools during their childhood. GCC youth in Teacher Institute visited some of the rural area and found real and necessary need of those people to learn.
	Indonesia: Bogor - GCC Youth Lead Earth Hour 2012 Earth Hour is a world wide event organized by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) and held on the last Saturday of March annually, encouraging households and businesses to turn off their non-essential lights for one hour to raise awareness about the need totake action on climate change. This event was held for the first time in Australia and spread throughout the world, including Indonesia.
	Iraq: Sulaimaniya - GCC Youth Helps Repair School Toilets There are thousands of schools in Iraq ,where toilets are badly damaged and unhealthy . GCC leaders as part of Public Health issue, they came up with an idea to help repair school toilets. So they coordinated with DOE Director, he appreciated the idea and provided the GCC leaders with a list of school which have poorly maintained toilets that may be a cause for spreading illness.
	Iraq: GCC Supplies Kaziwa Kindergarten With Playground Toys And Plants Trees In Kalar Public Park Kaziwa Kindergarten is one of the new buildings that the Kurdistan Regional Governate ( KRG) built for Kalar children, although the building is new and is provided with modern design such as new instructional equipments with a peaceful environment for the children
	Iraq: Sulaimaniya - Mentor Training Program After three years of building youth leadership capacity and implementing many projects and activities, Global Citizen Corps has thought about giving more roles to the current leaders to sustain the program objectives. 15 Sulaimanyah GCC leaders, 5 females and 10 males, were given chances to participate in the mentor training after reviewing their application by a panel.
	Iraq: Wassit - GCC Youth Helps Rebuild Al -Wadiya School In Spring 2011 GCC youth in Al-hay city implemented action project on global Education day, GCC leaders there had an advocacy project aimed to build school “Al-Wadiya” new school in Al-Wadiya village instead of “Al-wadiya” old school which was built from clay and the roof made by palm leaves which could fall on the children any time.
	Gaza: iYouth Teaches Traffic Safety Lessons To Students Regarding the monthly theme on the blog which is Education in February, iYouth members decided to educate students in schools about traffic safety especially after many deadly accidents happened in Gaza and West Bank in the last few weeks. Every single student will learn about the traffic safety, and the traffic signs.

Each son and daughter tries to choose the best gift to give it to his or her Mother, not to celebrate her in this day only, but to tell her we are celebrating you 365 days a year, and to tell her that she is always the best gift he or she has ever had from our God.
	Jordan: GCC Organises Food Security Talks In Jordan On April 7, GCC in Jordan was able to have Eng. Muttasim Al-Hayari to give a presentation on the status of food security in Jordan. Mr. Hayari represented the Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development (JOHUD) on the National Alliance Against Hunger and Malnutrition (NAJMAH).
	Jordan: GCC supports International Women's Day In Jordan On March, 19 the Princess Basma Youth Resource Center (PBYRC) and the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM) organized an event on the occasion of International Women Day (March, 8).
